After payment of the participation fee of N2000 only via the account details indicated under how to enter, kindly take the bank tellers to any of the following places to get a form in exchange for the teller.

- Huskies, Unilag campus, Yaba
- Chinese, Unilag campus, Yaba.
Please note that you are to submit the teller in exchange for the forms, which you are required to fill and submit within 2 weeks of collection. Also note that the slip attached to the form is to be filled, detached and kept properly by you for future references. on no account should you lose this form as this may translate to you not being able to redeem your prize should you become the winner.
